Viniculture has interested me from early on, not only the wine-growing but also the perspective of wine-tasting. Since my training to become a diploma as sommelier and wine academy graduate I have gained experience in well-known gastronomy business, in the retail market and marketing and got to know many interesting wines. My top favourite one still remains the Grüner Veltliner.
